On today's Video Blog, Kent State Gymnastics head coach Brice Biggin gets you ready for this weekend's NCAA Iowa City Regional. The 30th-ranked Golden Flashes will take on #1 Oklahoma, #12 Nebraska, #13 Arkansas, #19 Iowa, and fellow MAC competitor #35 Central Michigan on Saturday.
