MEN'S BASKETBALL: Rob Senderoff takes another look at Ohio University

In today's video blog, Rob Senderoff breaks down a rematch with Ohio University that is set for Friday night at 9 p.m. in Athens.

Kent State won the first meeting, but needed some great defense down the stretch to pull out a win that is part of the team's current five-game winning streak. The Golden Flashes are in first place in the East Division and own the Mid-American Conference's best record at 6-1 heading into Friday's game.

In addition to a preview of Friday night, Senderoff looks back another impressive defensive effort in a win over Eastern Michigan on Tuesday.

MEN'S BASKETBALL: Rob Senderoff previews start of MAC season

The Mid-American Conference men's basketball season tips off on Tuesday when Kent State travels to Kalamazoo to face Western Michigan.

Rob Senderoff previews that opener and the MAC season as a whole, discussing how the team approaches conference play in sections rather than looking at it as a whole. The head coach also looks back at a 9-4 non-conference season.

After Tuesday's game at Western Michigan, the Golden Flashes return home to face Buffalo in the first MAC home game. Tip-off time for that game has been switched to 6:30 p.m. on Friday. We hope to see you at the M.A.C. Center.
